The Ideal candidate:
· Supervises students in the canteen, around the school building and outdoors
· Helps maintain a safe, calm and respectful school climate on and around campus
· Enjoys working with students aged 11–18 and understands how to set clear boundaries
· Interacts with students in a positive, caring and consistent way
· Has first-aid experience (or is willing to complete first-aid training)
· Supports students in clearing away and managing shared materials/equipment
· Helps organise and manage lost property items
· Communicates proactively with the line manager regarding behaviour, incidents or concerns
· Has a good working knowledge of English and Dutch (other European languages are a bonus)
· Supports the Facilities team with day-to-day practical tasks as needed
